Find your perfect fit
All Amblessa styles are true to size. Measure your foot once and you'll know your size across our entire collection.
Trace your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, and mark the tip of your longest toe.
Measure the length
Measure from the wall to the mark. Do this in the evening, when feet are at their largest.
Match your size
Use the larger of your two feet and match it to the chart below.
| US / CA | UK / AU | EU | Foot length |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5.5 | 3.5 | 36 | 8.86" |
| 6 | 4 | 37 | 9.06" |
| 6.5 | 4.5 | 38 | 9.25" |
| 7 | 5 | 39 | 9.45" |
| 7.5 | 5.5 | 40 | 9.65" |
| 8 | 6 | 41 | 9.84" |
| 9 | 7 | 42 | 10.04" |
US and Canadian sizing are identical — use the same number for both. UK and Australian sizing follow a separate scale, shown in the second column.
Shipping to the US or Canada?
Your regular US shoe size is exactly right — no conversion needed. Just measure your foot length above to confirm, especially if you're between two sizes.
Shipping to the UK or Australia?
Use the UK/AU column, not your US size. UK/AU sizing typically runs about 1.5–2 sizes lower than US — for example, a US 7 is a UK/AU 5.
Between two sizes — which should I choose?
We recommend sizing up. A snugger strap or upper can always be adjusted or loosened over time, but a shorter sole can't stretch to fit a longer foot.
Do all Amblessa styles fit the same?
Yes — all our styles are designed to fit true to size using the same sizing chart above, so your size stays consistent across our collection.
