Here are the key timeframes for cancellations, issues, and returns:

  • Order cancellation or modification: within 12 hours of placing your order
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: report within 3 business days of delivery
  • Standard refund requests: within 30 days of delivery

Order cancellation or modification

If you need to cancel or change your order — wrong size, wrong address, change of mind — contact us at info@amblessa.com within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly to get them to you fast, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations requested after this window, but reach out anyway and we'll do what we can.

Standard refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible, please contact us at info@amblessa.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your request.

Because of our international fulfillment process, we're often unable to accept physical returns in a cost-effective way. In many cases, once your refund request is approved, we'll issue your refund without asking you to send the item back — you're welcome to keep it, pass it along, or donate it locally. We'll let you know at the time of approval whether a return shipment is needed for your specific order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to review requests individually, particularly for repeat or unusually large orders, to ensure this policy is used fairly by all customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at info@amblessa.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
